NTA Enquiry
An NTA Enquiry ("Notice to Attend an Enquiry") is the formal hearing notice for a Disciplinary Action, Incapacity Proceedings, or Poor Performance case. Create it from the case's Actions menu - Issue NTA - which pre-fills the employee, position, and case details straight from the source.

What you fill in
- Date and Time, Venue (a Branch), and Applicable Rights (which Employee Rights record governs this stage - see Contract & HR Setup Reference).
- Chairperson - who will preside over the hearing.
- For a Disciplinary Action specifically, the actual charges carry across into Charges on the NTA.
It can't be submitted without a signed copy
Once the notice has actually been served and signed, attach it under Upload Signed NTA - submission is blocked without it. This is deliberate: the NTA Enquiry is the proof that proper notice was given, not just a scheduling record.

There's no employee-record side effect from an NTA Enquiry on its own - it's purely the hearing notice. The actual decision comes next.
Next: Written Outcome, to record what happened at the hearing.
