Job Requisition Extensions

Recruitment isn't a separate doctype in this app - it extends HRMS's own Job Requisition with a set of custom fields covering exactly what a South African mining/industrial recruitment process needs beyond HRMS's defaults: Employment Type, Site, Geographic Area, Advertisement Type, Urgency, Vacancy Type, an End Date, an Advertisement Closing Date, who CVs should be submitted to, qualifications/skills required (with Designation Skills pulled in automatically), experience required, main duties and responsibilities, and acceptable disabilities.

Two print formats, two audiences

• Request to Recruit - the internal approval document, workspace-linked as "Request to Recruit".
• Job Advertisement - the external-facing advert layout, built from the same record.

Since both formats read from the one Job Requisition, the advert and the internal request always stay in sync - update the requisition once, and both documents reflect it.
