Five preconfigured charts give an at-a-glance view without opening a single report: Contracts of Employment, Disciplinary Actions Opened vs. Closed, Disciplinary Actions, External Disputes, and Termination Forms. Find them via the Dashboard shortcut in the IR General workspace.

Getting-started checklist

New installs get a guided onboarding checklist, "Let's Set Up the Industrial Relations Module", walking through: setting up your Company, configuring Employee Rights, creating an Offence Category, creating a specific Disciplinary Offence, creating an Employee, and creating an Outcome. It's the fastest way to confirm every piece of master data this app depends on is actually in place before real cases start.

There's also a guided form tour on the Employee Rights doctype itself, for anyone setting up rights records for the first time.
