# Retirement Age Monitoring

Two weekly reports watch each Employee's own `date_of_retirement` field, no separate configuration needed:

- **Employees Nearing Retirement** - anyone retiring within the next 90 days.
- **Employees Past Retirement Date (Still Active)** - anyone whose retirement date has already passed but who's still marked Active - a signal that a case needs following up, one way or the other.

Both exclude employees already marked as **Left**, and both are narrowed by each recipient's own Designation and Branch Limits, the same as every other IR weekly report (see **Weekly Notifications & Reports**).
