# KPI Review

A **KPI Review** is a formal, dated performance review event at one site - distinct from **Poor Performance** (see **Opening a Case**), which is a disciplinary-adjacent process for an underperforming individual. A KPI Review is routine, scheduled performance measurement, not a case.

## Building one

- **KPI Template** - a reusable set of KPIs with weights, defined for a specific Designation (each weighted contribution and its max score are set on the template, not the individual review).
- **Review Committee** - the reviewers (linked Employees).
- **Employee(s) under Review** - who's being scored, at **Site under Review**.
- **Date of Review** / **Month under Review**, and an **Overall Score** calculated from the weighted per-KPI scores once scoring is complete.

A signed copy of the completed review can be attached under **Upload Signed KPI Review**.

The **KPI Review Year To Date** report gives a rolling chart of submitted reviews by year and area.
