# Exporting to Excel

Site Plan, Shift Design, and Site Organogram can each be exported to a working Excel spreadsheet - from either the DocType form itself or its Designer page - for sharing with people who don't have Desk access, or for offline review.

## What each export includes

- **Site Plan** - a summary of total Designation headcount required (excluding Spare/Swing slots from the total) and total Asset Category count required (one per slot, not multiplied by shift), alongside the full group/slot listing.
- **Shift Design** - the configured teams, shift types, and the generated rotation pattern.
- **Site Organogram** - the same field names and structure as the underlying doctype, so an exported organogram lines up directly with what's on screen.

Since Site Organogram is always populated from a Site Plan (see **Site Organogram**), its export is a straightforward mirror of the on-screen structure - the more useful summary numbers (total required headcount, total required assets) live on the Site Plan export instead, since that's the template the real staffing target is defined against.
