# Area KPI Review

An **Area KPI Review** is the rollup version of a KPI Review, scoped to an **Area** (a group of Sites defined in **Area Setup** - see **Workforce Planning Setup Reference**) rather than a single Site.

It carries the same shape - a Review Committee, Employees under Review, a KPI Template, and dates - plus its own child table linking the individual per-site **KPI Review** records that make up the area-level picture. The **Area KPI Review Year To Date** report gives the same rolling chart as its individual-review counterpart, aggregated by area instead.
